Delivery and Payment Terms
🚚 Delivery (All Stars and Liquorice)
Free delivery when your sales reach at least 1000 €
✔ deliveries are handled by Schenker
✔ delivery time: 3–5 business days from the order date
✔ delivery can be made to a school, sports hall, or the group leader’s home
✔ someone should be available to receive the shipment, as Schenker delivers during daytime hours
✔ delivery to a detached house or townhouse is recommended
✔ the boxes weigh approximately 20–30 kg
✔ the exact delivery date cannot be guaranteed
👉 Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address during the day.
When sales are below 1000 €
✔ delivery fee: 20 €
✔ delivery to a Schenker pick-up point
Delivery to apartment buildings
✔ additional charge: 20 € (Schenker delivery surcharge)
👉 Applies even when the order otherwise qualifies for free delivery.
Delivery terms for hammam towels
Free delivery for orders of at least 50 hammam towels
✔ Orders of up to 60 towels are delivered to a Schenker pick-up point.
✔ Larger orders are delivered directly to the address provided by the group leader.
✔ Delivery fee for orders under 50 towels: €20 (delivery to a Schenker pick-up point).
✔ Payment term: 14 days from the date of delivery.
Additional Orders
✔ Delivery fee: €10 (collection from a Schenker pick-up point).
✔ One additional order per campaign is allowed.
✔ The additional order must be placed within one week of the original delivery.
✔ Minimum value of an additional order: €100 (equivalent to approximately 5 towels).
Delivery to apartment buildings
✔ additional charge: 20 € (Schenker delivery surcharge)
👉 Applies even when the order otherwise qualifies for free delivery.
💰 Payment Terms
The payment period is determined by the order:
- 14 days → pre-sold products and direct orders of meter-long candies 2-3 boxes
- 21 days → direct orders of meter-long candies 4-6 boxes
- 30 days → direct orders of meter-long candies > 7 boxes
👉 The payment period starts upon receipt of delivery
📌 Important Information
- Payment terms mainly apply to:
- schools
- daycare centers
- parishes
- sports clubs and associations
- The invoice is sent to the group leader via email after delivery
👉 e-invoicing also available - Due to credit control, we sell only with a prepaid invoice in certain cases at our discretion
📦 Additional Orders
- Delivery fee: 10 € (to pick-up point)
- Additional order possible 1 time
- Must be ordered within 1 week from the original delivery
- Minimum order: 100 €
🔄 Returns (does not apply to treats)

- 14-day return policy (in accordance with consumer protection law)
- No exchange policy
- Return costs are paid by the customer
- Exception: defective product
- No commission is paid on returned product
- The product must be:
- in original packaging and in saleable condition
