How it works
Welcome to organizing a successful sales campaign with us!
This is really easy – this way you’ll achieve results and your group can start selling in just a few minutes!
1. Decide on the products to sell > All Stars (all products), hammam towels or licorice meters
2. Choose a group leader to create the sales campaign
3. Consider the income goal and decide the sales period
4. The group leader shares the registration link > all group sellers will receive their own online stores
5. Collect orders > share the link to your online store
6. The group leader sends the order
7. Product delivery > products are delivered to the location specified by the group leader
8. Payment
> payment options for the buyer are twofold: 1. MobilePay > the buyer can pay for their order immediately via MobilePay. The order confirmation includes instructions and details. This requires that the seller has provided their phone number and both parties have MobilePay in use. 2. The buyer agrees on payment separately with the seller; via MobilePay, cash to the seller, or bank transfer to the seller’s account.
> group invoice: we send the group invoice to the group leader’s email after delivery. The invoice has a 14-day payment term from the delivery of products.

Group Leader!
Start your group’s fundraising campaign by registering your group > Our Team.
Once you have confirmed the confirmation link received in your email, you will receive group leader credentials and will be able to log into your team page to create the campaign. Please read the Our Team user guide found in the Materials section.
Share the registration link with all group sellers so they can add themselves as sellers to Our Team.
In Our Team, sellers get their own online store. The link address can be found in Our Team “Share online store” option via WhatsApp, email, etc. Sales from the online store are recorded directly in the seller’s team pages. If the seller has provided their phone number during registration and has MobilePay activated, the buyer can immediately pay their order via MobilePay. Instructions and information for MobilePay payment are found in the buyer’s order confirmation.
Sellers can also record their own sales in the Purchases > Add purchase section. The amount and earnings from their own sales can be viewed after saving. The group leader can see each seller’s sales and the percentage progress of sales if a sales target has been set.
Once your sales period has ended and all sellers have saved their orders, send the final order from the “Final order” section.
